Refund and Returns Policy
shipping policy
All items are made to order and production time will take approximately 10-15 working days.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery can take between 3 and 5 working days.
We charge a flat shipping rate of R100 for delivery anywhere in South Africa.
return & refund policy
We regret, no cash refunds will be processed. Refunds will however be granted in the form of a store credit.
Exchanges are welcome and will only be allowed within 7 days from delivery date.
Returns need to be requested via email to returns@paddockclub.co.za
We will only accept original items free of odours, defects, stains or any signs that the item has been damaged, used or altered in anyway.
Return courier costs are for the customer’s expense. The Paddock Club will arrange the courier to and from.
Exchanges and credits will only be processed once the original item has been received and checked for defects.
We accept no liability for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
1. defective merchandise
All merchandise is personally checked for quality before being couriered. In the unlikely event of a defective product, please send an email, with an appropriate photograph attached, to info@paddockclub.co.za as soon as the item is unpacked. Collection and return courier costs will be covered by us.
